Our Response to COVID-19

Please note, due to COVID-19, you may experience some carrier delays due to longer processing times as increased precautionary measures are in place with our postal and shipping services.

Shipping companies are experiencing slower-than-normal delivery times due to the impact of COVID-19 on facilities and transportation.

Sugargirlee & Co. is unable to accommodate refunds for carrier-associated delays.

Shipping + Processes



All orders are currently being processed and shipped out within 1-3 business days.

Shipping fees include handling, packaging and delivery to the address provided at checkout.


Canadian Orders:

Standard Delivery: $9 (CAD)

Free Shipping:

Canadian Orders over $50 (after discount and before tax) qualify for free shipping.
Free shipping is only offered in Canada.


US Orders:

Standard Delivery: $12.00 (CAD)

US shipments may be subject to taxes and duties at the customer's expense.




Sugargirlee & Co. ships online orders to Canada and the United States via Canada Post.


We ship orders Monday through Friday, excluding holidays, and process in stock orders within 3 business days.


Standard Parcel delivery is based on the following delivery schedule by Canada Post and is Subject to change:

Local: 1 business day
Regional: 1 to 3 business days
National: 4 to 7 business days
US: 4-10 business days


Delivery schedules are based on times between most major urban centres in Canada and in the US. Delivery to non-major urban centres or remote locations in Canada and the US are subject to additional delivery time based on Canada Post's Delivery Standards detailed at www.canadapost.ca/deliverystandards .


Delivery times do not include processing time.

Sugargirlee & Co. cannot guarantee the exact time an order will be delivered.




You will receive your shipping confirmation email as soon as a label is created for your order, and the tracking status of your shipment may take up to 24 hours to update once scanned in by our carrier.

Please double-check that your shipping information is correct at checkout. At this time, we are fairly limited in our ability to make changes to an order once it has been placed, however, if we are able to make updates on your behalf, please note that these changes will not be reflected in your shipping confirmation email

Exchanges + Returns

If you require assistance with your order, please contact our Customer Care team at info@sugargirleeco.com and we will be happy to assist you!

Should you experience any issue with a product, kindly send us photos and a detailed description when emailing us to help so our team determine how to best serve your needs.

The exchange/return process must be started within 30 days of the original date of delivery and requires proof of purchase (e.g. your Sugargirlee & Co. order number, order confirmation email, store receipt). We cannot accept exchanges or returns on sale items, gift cards, or third party products. **Please note that Sugargirlee & Co. is not responsible for any packages lost or damaged in transit.

ReturnsAs a boutique small business, we presently are not able to cover return shipping costs.
